Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Southeast Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge and relationship building. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts, as well as providing customer support.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years’ field sales experience within the Orthotic/Prosthetic, Rehabilitation/Medical, or Podiatric industry with experience managing a multi-state territory. Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent written and virtual communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Willing and able to travel up to 65% of the time, including occasional weekends due to exhibitions (5-7/year) and educational courses. Qualified candidates may reside in GA, or FL and must possess a valid driver's license.
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly Orthotics and Prosthetics, physical rehabilitation, and or podiatry.
Base salary $75,000 + Commission

Certified Orthotist Prosthetist

Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic is centrally located in the Panhandle, home to Florida’s Capital, Florida State University, Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University, and is one of the premier and fastest growing sports medicine and orthopedic clinics in Florida. TOC focuses on treating patients with all forms of musculoskeletal problems, with a continuum of care model and a patient first philosophy. We provide in-office MRI, X-ray, Orthopedic and Spine services along with interventional pain management, physiatry, eletrodiagnostic medicine, sports medicine, orthotics/prosthetics, and physical therapy.
We are currently seeking a Certified Orthotist Prosthetist to provide care to our orthopedic patients with disabling conditions of limbs and spine, under the direction of and consultation with physicians, by designing and fitting orthopedic devices. Applicant must have advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and orthotics; a strong sense to precision and attention to detail; the ability to effectively communicate and work with physicians and other health care professionals; and the ability to work as a team member to improve the quality of patient care.
Bachelor’s degree or higher-level postgraduate degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from an accredited college or university; proof of completion of an NCOPE approved Residency Program; Board certification through the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics; and a valid Florida license or eligible.
