GENERAL INFORMATION

REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the event — Full Refund Minus $10 Processing Fee

  • Cancellation 7 to 30 days prior to the event — 75% Refund

  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event — NO Refund


FAOP Members: Funds retained by FAOP can be used as a credit to a future FAOP Event within 1 year. This rule DOES NOT apply to NO SHOW/NO CALL to an event.

Which days are you available?

We are looking for speakers for our general education sessions! These sessions are for clinical education and are not manufacturer specific. If you are a company wanting to host a workshop, please refer to the instructions in the Exhibitor registration portal.
